When selecting the Sprint option, you have unlimited data at the highest speed for the whole duration of your rental. You can also video stream as much as you want at no extra charge. Your 4G internet speed will not be reduced after high data usage or during peak hours.
If you break the equipment, we will fix or replace it at no charge. You do not have to pay any insurance. As long as you return the equipment (damaged or not) you will not be charged. If you do not return the hotspot, we will charge you the replacement cost (less than $75 per hotspot).
Rentals include Internet access (service) and equipment (mobile hotspot with charger). That is all you will need.
The rental period begins on your Start Date at noon EST, and ends at noon EST on your End Date.The in-transit time to and from you does not count in the length of the rental period.
All rentals are with the fastest 4G LTE mobile hotspots. Nowadays, the wireless carriers (Verizon, Sprint, AT&T) have 4G LTE or 4G coverage available in most areas of the US. Your hotspot will connect at the highest speed the carrier has in the area you will be using it. If the carrier only has 3G service at your location, your mobile hotspot will still be able to connect to the 3G network.
On your End Date or on the following day, you return the equipment to DayPassWireless by dropping it in your mailbox. We provide a pre-paid and pre-labeled return envelope. We will not charge you if it takes you a few extra days to mail the equipment back, but please send us an e-mail to let us know.
Not at all. You just need to power it on, and you are ready to access the Internet. The access is password protected, so only those you want to will be able to connect through your mobile hotspot.
Yes, you can. You can use it anywhere unless there is no coverage.
Yes, you will have access to free technical support over the phone, every day from 8 AM to 9 PM EST.
Yes. You can use an average of 250 Mbytes of data (upload/download) for each day of rental. For example, you can use a total of 2 GBytes for 7 days. If you go over your data allocation, you will be charged $10 per extra GByte used.
Video and audio streaming will deplete much more of your data allowance than any other online activity. The table below shows some applications with usage that will not exceed your daily average capacity.

The data usage is displayed on the LCD screen on some devices. If the data usage is not available, you can contact us, and we will request a usage report for you. Also, if you rent a Verizon device, we will send you an e-mail if you use more than 1 GByte in 24 hours, as a courtesy.
No. The mobile hotspot must be used in the US continental, Hawaii, Puerto Rico (Sprint), and the US Virgin Islands (Sprint). You will be responsible of any international roaming fees incurred if used internationally.
Yes. It is available at $28.80 (including both ways). Your order must be placed by 3 PM EST if you want to receive the equipment the following day.

DayPassWireless uses USPS Priority Mail for all shipments with the standard shipping method ($9.90). The transit time is 2-3 business days. For rush orders, we use USPS Priority Mail Express ($28.80). We also use FedEx upon request, but their rates are higher (based on your location).
All shipping methods deliver straight to your door.
DayPassWireless includes a USPS pre-paid/pre-labeled return envelope with the rental package. Just insert the hotspot and charger in the envelope,and drop it in your mailbox.

There is no cancellation fee. If the order has already shipped, send it back as soon as you receive it. We will only charge you the shipping cost.
DayPassWireless will in no event be responsible for any losses, damages, or liability (including lost wages, time, or profits), in the event that the equipment is not received on time or does not function properly. Take note that network or equipment issues are very rare.
